MagnaFlow Performance Exhaust Products are designed for the high tech street or race import. These products use the highest quality materials and are tuned to the specific needs of the import engine to maximize flow and performance and to produce a smooth, deep performance tone. Tip and body options allow you to choose the look that fits your own personal style. Increases the flow of your exhaust by eliminating the restrictions your factory exhaust system has. Magnaflow's dyno tested exhaust system increases flow up to 167% over the OEM exhaust system. Their exhaust system reduces back pressure letting the exhaust run cooler, while creating more horsepower and torque from your engine. Mandrel bent tubing prevents backpressure, since the exhaust system is the same diameter all the way back - including all bends in the system. Maximum flow is a priority for their mufflers as well. The straight-through design uses no chambers, baffles or louvers in the muffler that interrupt exhaust flow, and creates more horsepower and torque. It creates a deep base tone outside your vehicle, without causing resonance inside.
All Magnaflow exhaust systems are ISO certified and made on a jig to ensure proper fitment every time. Designed to install into your vehicle's factory exhaust hanger locations, and bolts together for a stress free installation. Magnaflow estimates a typical installation should take about an hour including the removal of your factory system. There is no drilling or modifications required at all.

Many racing venues are now requiring to be equiped with sound dampening devices to met strict DB level requirements. Any vehicle that cannot meet the restrictions cannot race. MagnaFlow offers a straight-through, Wide Open Performance Race Series muffler to significantly reduce DB levels on high performance vehicles without any loss in performance. The Race Series features a stainless steel body, end caps and perforated core, and a stainless weld bead.

The Race Series is designed for the ultimate in high performance and an aggressive racecar sound. It features a true straight-through design for maximum high RPM pulling power and a 2.5" or 3" perforated core to virtually eliminate backpressure and maximize exhaust flow. The Race Series is recommended for the serious racer, turbo, nitrous oxide fuel systems, or wild cam applications.

The Street Series is designed for the souped up street machine. It features a high flow tuning tube, balanced to the needs of the high revving import engine. The Street Series emits a smooth, deep tone while offering improved performance over OEM equipment. The Street Series is recommended for street cars with bolt-on performance modifications and custom body kits.

| 4-2-1 Brushed Stainless Steel Header, Two Piece
DC Sports header systems are precision bent on our CNC mandrel benders using data acquired from our non-contact digitizing scanner. Our flanges are CNC machined, we machine-grind the flange mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and use a robotic welder to attach the flange to the header pipes. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system we make. DC Sports 4-2-1 two-piece headers are available in 304-stainless steel, and in mild steel with a proprietary temperature- and corrosion-resistant ceramic coating. Once our mild-steel systems are completed in manufacturing, they are subjected to a thermal degrease and a preliminary sandblast to prepare the header's surface for coating adhesion. Every ceramic-coated system is hand-painted to ensure an even application of coating. After verifying the proper thickness of the coating, the header is cured for proper bonding of the ceramic coating and then fine-blasted for a high-luster finish.

POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL HEADER  Our Stainless Steel Headers are completely constructed of stainless steel and then polished to a show quality finish. These headers are second to none, when it comes to WR Racing Headers. Our Flanges are CNC machined and then welded inside and out to prevent cracking. We pride ourselves on our CNC Mandrel Bent tubes which are computer welded.
